- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 oz mixed frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Pour frozen vegetables onto parchment paper (be sure you do this straight from the freezer, do not thaw the vegetables first)
- Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices, until coated
- Bake frozen vegetables at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes, until edges begin to brown (stir/flip every 10 ish minutes)
